He dropped me off at the Taubman Museum of Art where I strolled through the marvelous pop-up books and photo collages made by artist Colette Fu. He ventured to the Museum of Transportation, paying homage to the little boy inside who will always love trains.
This is the way of a long-standing marriage. We pull apart and gently spring back together like the coils of a Slinky.
There are things I saw without him. But could not wait to tell him about. Like the view from atop the museum . . . and this image that would be newest addition to my personal project, signs of the times.
