My photography goal has always been to create images that speak to the heart.

Thanks to social media, no one wants to look at another picture of what someone else is eating. And that’s a shame — because eating is one of the best ways to nourish and care for ourselves. Food is photo-worthy, especially when it’s the food we put on our table to share with people we love.

Somewhere along the way, the joy of eating has been overtaken by a culture of diets. I won’t use this space as platform to try to change your mind, but I’ll invite you read about intuitive eating and how diet culture steals your time, your energy, and your health—and how you can take them back.
